Emphasizing the importance of personalized fitness guidance is paramount, especially considering that improper exercise form can lead to injuries and hinder one's fitness journey. Both beginners and experienced athletes often struggle with uncertainties regarding their form and techniques. Imagine the possibilities if fitness guidance could extend beyond traditional instruction. Forge presents a solution by mimicking the experience of a personal trainer by providing real-time coaching, motivation, and corrections during exercise. Utilizing wearable sensors to identify an athlete's posture through real-time analysis and offering real-time voice coaching by seamlessly integrating Bluetooth technology. Forge ensures users receive real- time feedback and guidance to optimize their workouts, making Forge a seamless integrated system that offers accessibility and creates an immersive wearable experience.
